All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on our website or required by law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimited Increase Cons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unlimited Increase Cons harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You and Unlimited Increase Cons agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.

Class Action Waiver: You may only bring claims in your individual capacity. Class actions and consolidated proceedings are not permitted.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@unlimitedincrease.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

15. General Provisions

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
  • These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unlimited Increase Cons.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
  • Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
